Over the past decade, I’ve worked with organizations ranging from large corporations to local governments and nonprofits to create products, services, and spaces rooted in the needs of people. I take into account the interplay between physical and digital, various ecosystem touchpoints, and different user groups to design holistic experiences.
As a Service and Interaction Design Lead at Fjord, my work has addressed complex challenges, including uncovering barriers San Francisco’s homeless population face in participating in Medi-Cal, creating a unified portal for New Mexicans to easily access public assistance programs, offering a new level of personalized hospitality on a smart cruise ship, and digitizing the first internationally standardized tool for monitoring early childhood development.
Before joining Fjord, I designed and launched human-centered products and services at I-AM across the finance, telecommunications, transportation, and retail sectors. Prior to that, I was part of the Mayo Clinic Center for Innovation, focusing on projects transforming the experience and delivery of healthcare.
I’m a Fulbright Scholar with a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, and a B.F.A. in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design from Bilkent University in Ankara.

Planning the Flow
I design the agenda and the assets by identifying the right activities and the sequence for our goals. I often create custom activities based on the need.
Facilitating Workshops
I am comfortable taking on either the primary or the team facilitator role. I prep the team with a dry-run and provide facilitator notes.
MAKING IT COUNT
I synthesize and share the workshop outcomes both as a takeaway and a call to action for all participants.
